Yes Alex If like Panama Lewis & Luis Resto they have been proven to have cheated by removing horsehair from resto's gloves . In my opinion the actions of Lewis really caused the death of Billy Collins & he should have faced manslaughter charges
If someone could show me one iota of proof Tony Margarito EVER loaded or tried to load his gloves I'd be the first to condemn him & demand him be banned for life. But no one has anything but unfounded accusations & inuendos.
Anyone that is a proven cheat in any sport should not be allowed to compete in the sport again. That's my own personal take on it
