Right, because if Hauser didn't break the story no one would have known he used a massive amount of IV. So we are now supposed to believe that they tested him before? He's still not allowed to administer an IV in his own home nor w/o a doctors care. It still doesn't add up. Catching him with the IV equipment alone is enough for a doping violation. But again, we are suddenly supposed to believe they tested him before, then allowed him to break WADA Code after, then they said nothing for 19 days.

Doesn't their statement that they tested him before keep them from being sanctioned? If it was legitimate, why did FLoyd not get his TUE that very day?????????????????

Right because cheaters don't bribe or payout thru donations? :huh

    http://velonews.competitor.com/2013/01/news/the-curious-case-of-armstrongs-uci-donations_272325

Right because commissions and sanctioning bodies are totally transparent?

    http://www.cnn.com/2015/03/09/sport/cycling-report-uci-armstrong-doping/

And then we have NSAC who on learning that USADA gave out a retroactive TUE, questioned and damned USADA. But days later, retracted that and gave Floyd the greenlight?

    What changed?

A nice bit from the CNN article:

Just because he was tested and passed a test that was given after the fight doesn't give him a pass.:patsch 750ml of saline and vita-water would make you pass any test!:nut

He's getting away with it because he has money and paid everyone off.. Without this "paid off" talk, none of this will make sense.. It's not even a fact.. It's a way of explaining why someone would cover for him.. It's a way to say he's guilty...

And the kicker is because of the TUE, having zero testosterone in his body which would normally be a flag, gets discarded because he has a TUE excusing the IV. Doh, it all fits together too conveniently.

Floyd doesn't need to pay off anybody in Las Vegas. Just threaten to not fight in Vegas and they will make everything good for you. Take TMT Promotions LLC to New York? :hey Plus he has the USADA Platinum package membership. All bases covered.:yep

Why are people making threads then? There's no point of arguing anymore.. He's a cheater and everyone knows it but can't do anything about it.. Even if he isn't guilty, he could have done it so that makes him sort of guilty...

I thought we were getting somewhere but you're giving up. Don't give in to the fanboyism.

Do all top boxers allow their bodies to become sick and dehydrated the day before their fight? :dead

There's no point in talking about it.. When yall could just fall back on the "paid off" story.. It's too easy.. No matter who comes out and says anything or prove Floyd didn't do anything wrong will immediately be accused of being bribed.. It's a cheap way to explain why you know he's guilty...

Then explain how he was allowed to use an IV in his home, 14x times over the legal IV usage limit, if you had gotten a TUE before the fact, then got a retro TUE 19 days later, why USADA remained quiet until Hauser broke the story, and then finally NSAC's retraction of their damning statement regarding USADA overstepping their authority to give the TUE in the first place. Also, explain why USADA did not follow WADA Code?

It's all on you man. :think:good

I don't have to explain.. I didn't do it.. Apparently someone can explain why because Floyd got away with it...
