That's easy. USADA doesn't have any jurisdiction in regards to Lance since you know Lance raced in Europe. He basically made USADA's bosses, all of them, majorly Di ck Pound look like monkies, for decades. WADA then tried to frame Armstrong for doping with some samples from 1999. It was a ****ing huge deal, and WADA was seriously embarrassed.

Armstrong had been using the UCI to beat WADA for decades. They had finally had enough. WADA turned USADA loose. Ironically, there was zero physical evidence, but everyone in the know knew Armstrong was doping madly. USADA used Federal agents and scare tactics with the threat of lifetime bans to force Lance's captains who had kept their lips sealed. It was also luckily centered around Floyd Landis' testimony as he was the stepping stone to get the rest of the US Postal Team.

Also, the fact that US Postal was a US funded team, it gave USADA the means to tap into Federal resources, like Jeff Novitzky of the FDA.

Thus you see, USADA is not an angel. THey KNOW how to play the knife in the back games. It also helped that they had armed Federal agents to scare people into talking. They with the help of, om fg, DAVID WALSH, aka Boxings HAUSER, brought down Lance Armstrong w/o one shred of physical proof.

    Cliffnotes for below:

WADA leaked records for the samples to the labs. Labs are not supposed to know the identities of the samples they test. Then **** Pound went out and tried to incriminate Armstrong with illegal samples. It obviously assploded in his face.

Different circumstances altogether. But why have you even posted the above, when you are unable to tell us all how Floyd found himself so dehydrated that he needed an emergency IV?

I asked you straight out to give me your theory on two occasions, yet you couldn't give me an answer.

Doesn't Floyd want a rematch after being outboxed by Pacquiao in their fight?

I can't wait for the one year anniversary. Watching the absolute misery over Manny's failure go on for an entire year has been thoroughly enjoyable. :happy

Honestly, I'm searching and I can't find anything regarding Pac attending a fight ever. There's nothing.

Flowmos will never answer a straight question. They're as unethical as their IV hero.

I've never seen any of his fans give a logical breakdown as to why he needed an IV. All they can do is quote official statements.

Says he won 10 rounds to 2. A guy who calls himself Money walking away from a minimum $100 million dollar paycheck for an easy night of work? Nay. There are TWO reasons Floyd won't take a rematch: VADA Testing + Healthy Pacquiao.

    What's your point...?

Floyd clearly won with Manny looking lost !

Floyd was on the juice. Floyd fought scared. Pacquiao was injured and STILL beat him on points.

Like Pac a G said, it was NOT an even playing field, and Mayweather knows this. Pac is the only fighter who can make demands on Mayweather, and I'm sure VADA will be the drug agency of Choice so Mayweather will have none of that.
