yeah i just read the article. so the blood test on the mosley fight was actually no cut off dates, just random with the number of tests not revealed on both fighters and the 18 days issue was just a coincident? geez.. its getting tiring, just sign the contract and fight!

yea but if Pac looks at it from a bright side...at least the testing stopped far from the fight without having to negotiate a cut off date ya know and that was part of Pac's worry was being tested too close....i know it cant be guranteed but i honestly dont think they will test him that close to the fight.....but who knows.

who knows? im just a fan, and not his adviser or anything like that. but if you are asking my personal opinion, NO he doesn't have something to hide. He agrees to the blood test right? its just that he don't want it to be too close to the fight thats why he compromise for a cut off date and a test right after the fight. If he does have something to hide, he won't agree to that demand right in the first place. he won't risk of getting his ass caught. now he agrees to the 14 day window that floyd proposed before, we should have a fight right now.

i don't understand why floyd is doing all this thing, he just got a dominant win over mosley, he is the favorite on this fight, and he sees pac as an easy opponent right? why not just fight already. pac agrees on his terms and now what? :-(

you got it right there. pac's worry is if they will do it close to the fight and giving a huge amount of blood during that test. yeah random is random, we don't really sure when will the test stops.

i do agree that they won't do a blood test close to the fight. i think 4 or 5 blood tests samples were enough as seen on the mosley fight. but we're not usada, so who knows

That was his old terms, just like 24 days was pac old terms.

Mayweather in return moved on to face mosley and followed the testing in full with no cut off date.

The more you look at it, mayweather was actually being very reasonable offering pac 14 days to do the testing. How?

Well because he didn't offer mosley any cut off date.

However by mosley completing the program in full, it will be foolish to go back and compromise a cut off date, the program loses it integrity if he does so.

Therefore we are in a position where it will have to be random testing or nothing.

well mosley had no choice right, he wants the fight really bad and he's a known user. Before people here are saying that 14days are reasonable enough for a cut off date, pac now agrees and ready to fight, then all of a sudden the 14day becomes a POS, and it should be up 'til the fight.

i agree, it has to be ramdom. what's the point if its not random? but i will also consider pac on his stance, he agrees on the test, but not too close to the fight and he has his own reason for that.

person1: Why doesn't pacquiao just take the tests? does he have something to hide?

person2: Yeah, but why does Mayweather insist on these tests? Does he think he will lose?

person1: Its about 'cleaning the sport up'

person2: What about the 40 fights before?

person1: moot point. Who wouldn't take a $40Million blood test?

person2: Who would put the fight at risk by demanding the test?

person1: Who would make a $10million clause for every Lb over the weight?

person2: who would fight at catch weight and then not bother to lose the extra Lbs

over and over and over and over

The random blood test request ACTUALLY lose its significance the day Mayweather agreed to a cut-off date (14 days).

Gives a question whether he really is sincere in believing that Pacquaio is on PEDs or whether he is just hassling him.

Actually that just proves mayweather wants the fight more than some people believe. He was willing to compromise in order to make the fight happen.

This doesn't sound like someone who doesn't want the fight.

However now that the program has been completed the right way, there will be no compromise.

He was compromising a random blood test which won't be effective if there is a cut-off, so there will be a fight?

****, he should have fought Pacquaio without that if he really wanted the fight in the first place.

Random drug test with cut-off is BS IMO. Either a completely random test or no random test at all.
