thats not how business works. in life, youre always supposed to negotiate for MORE than u deserve where u can get away with it. floyd knew marquez would be cool with it, cause all marquez could see at that time was a 3r fight with pacquiao. he was willing to let himself be taken advantage of, so floyd did the right thing. this is why marquez should be less ambitious.

You know aswell as I do that just because someone is the champion doesn't mean they get the biggest slice of the pie. When Mayweather fought Baldomir it was for Baldomirs WBC WW title was it not and that fight wasn't 50-50 was it?

The basis of your original argument was the fact that Mayweather was the draw thus deserved more.

That Mayweathers PPV numbers outshone Pacs so he deserved more.

I can't believe you just compared Pacquiao-Mayweather and Pacquiao-Bradley. Are you saying that Mayweather is A LOT bigger than Pacquiao? Mayweather-Mosley was a good number (1.4 million) compared to Pacquiao-Cotto 1.25 million. There is a small difference in the number in their last fight. The only reason that Mayweather-Marquez is went as high as 1 million was because of Marquez and the fact that moved the fight date to a Mexican holiday; also they spent 20 million for advertising. Pacquiao-Clottey made about 700k-750k. But take note that they didn't have much advertisement not to mention that Clottey is not a draw. Pacquiao himself generated that much by himself. Also both both fighter if they will split the purse 50/50 is will earn up to 40 million. That's already a lot. I swear most of the Maweather's fan have their head up in their ass.

Anyway it doesn`t matter to me if Pacquiao or Mayweather gives in to each others demand. I just want to see the fight.
