There is a different set of criteria used to evaluate the Klitschko's. Replete with some of the most virulent and transparent double standards imagineable.

    Bla bla bla.

No need to touch on every point but if i did i could find plenty of fighters who did the same and still make it on HBO...Ortiz quitting,Hopkins being a boring cheat,Winky with no personality and a boring fight style.

    Jewish Ross hates Eastern Euro's...

I believe there was defiantly an anti Klitschko under current, which started once they turned pro. Some in the media such as Pedro Fernandez, Max Kellerman, and Teddy Atlas made fools of themselves, only to be silenced by the ring results.

Today, I think the boxing community accepts the Klitschko's are the best. They have won a combined 17 matches in a row, and have more or less cleaned out the division. No one argue this is not the truth.

The talks have shifted to should they make the hall of fame, and where to they rate among histories best heavies?

It took Holmes and Lewis a while before they finally got their due in history. I think the Klitschko's respect will only increase once they retire. I keep a close eye on the young heavyweight prospect and amateur talent. I am fairly certain the heavyweight division won't have anyone as good in the next TEN years. When the Klitschko brothers retire, I predict both will make the hall of fame.

This is a key point to the debate about the Klitschkos popularity because there will always be an argument that "so and so has recieved backing" yet the problem usually is, they aren't heavyweights. Heavyweights are held to a different standard. The word "knockout" is deeply associated with "heavyweight" and when people tune in to see a heavyweight fight, there's an expectancy. They want tough, gruelling fights and, ultimately, knockouts. If a fight isn't going to be tough, then, like Tyson, it should at least be not only dominant but destructive. When you look at Vitali/Briggs, Wlad/Chambers or many other examples, there is something key that's lacking. There isn't the aggression or ferocity that people want to see from a heavyweight champion. Like you said, the boxing heavyweight champion of the world should always be the "baddest man on the planet" and the Klitschkos don't represent that.

Yet "Jewish Ross" gave both Klitschkos every opportunity to become an HBO stalwart and they pissed it away. That's undebatable. You can be a racist **** all your life and pretend that Greenburg being Jewish is at least 1% relevant or you can accept the fact that the Klitschkos received a massive amount of promotion and they blew it.

I never got the hate for Vitali

America totally turned their back on him

he put on a great fight vs Lewis

American rooted for him when he and Sanders fought a great fight and when he pummeled K Johnson and D Williams

He fought the fights listed in the US and was the crowd favorite

he came back after 4 yrs no comeback bout and bludgeoned Peter who I think was 2 in the world

Then had one of HBO's best non PPV rating with the Arreola fight then they cut him

Makes no sense how the Americans turned their back on Vitali so quickly
