How many ****ing times do I have to say this? Just because you happened to score it for Collazo 7-5 in a fight where a few rounds could have gone either way, doesn't mean he was robbed.

It was a close fight, it could have been 7-5 for either guy. I had it 114-113 Berto. If you scored it anything wider than 7-5 for Collazo, then you do not know how to score a fight.

    Personally

i think he could beat cotto and mosely.

Cotto would be overwelmed by the workrate of berto.

Mosely would loose his head in the fight and berto is more of an athlete than mosely and will outland mosely. He had a good chin to survive mosely considering he survived urango. actually scratch that because he held urango up alot. but then again he might pull that same BS that he did to urango on mosely and beat him. but even if he wasnt to pull the Hold BS like he did in the urango fight i still think he the tools to beat mosely.

now if he fought clottey that one is a tossup. it depends on what version of clottey comes in.
clotteys defence is elite. probably surpasses mayweathers in all honesty.
(BEFORE YOU MAYWEATHER FANS JUMP DOWN MY THROAT I SAID CLOTTEY SURPASES MAYWEATHER JUST DEFENSIVELY NOT TALKING ABOUT OVERALL BOXING ABILITY) and when clottey does hit he ccan hit at will and he is a very strong welterweight that can put the pressure to berto if he decides to be offensive.
I would say clottey has the ability to kill berto but his mentality might be a factor that would make him loose like he did vs pacman

I like Berto. He's still developping as a fighter. I just hope he stays focused.

What you call developing I call exposure. He cannot fight at the elite level and is taking the Floyd/Pac approach by fighting with advantages at the right moment or wrong moment in his opponents career. **** him.

I never was overly impressed with Berto and it's just sad that HBO overpays him and lets him fight easier than expected opposition while they are treating a true champion of the sport such as Sergio Martinez like garbage, but Andre is not exactly a chump. He was scheduled to fight Mosley for the World Welterweight Championship and I don't think anyone can blame him for heading to Haiti to help out his living relatives, and bury those who didn't make it.

Not that I agree with his 2010 opposition, but the way things are, it's a matter of time before Berto-Mosley is announced, and the way Shane looked recently Andre is going beat his ass, he both has the handspeed and the ugly tactics to neutralize the old powerman. And when he does that, I don't think Pac will have anyone else to fight, so the Berto-critics will both be disappointed and satisfied before 2011 is over.

Iv been saying this for to long now. When the **** is this guy gunna step it up?

FIGHT SOMEBODY!!!! FIGHT CLOTTEY!!! MOSLEY!!! ANYBODY!!!!

They need to take that belt of his ass, hes a joke. Hes worse than Amir Khan now in the bum fighting/protection ranks.

Oh and many may find this next comment controversial but i 100% believe he used the Haitian earthquake as an excuse to call the mosley fight off. What he should have done is fight and give his purse to the Hatians then.

    Berto is a joke

Finally the problems is not with Berto. If they give me a lot of money to fight bums I will fight bums.**** I would build a record of 70-0 against bums why not. The problem is with HBO that gives a ton of money for bull**** fights

No, a 20 yr old like Canelo Alvarez is still developing. Berto is 27, and at the peak of his athleticism and skills right now. I'm sick n tired of ppl saying he's "developing". Bero has little outside of handspeed and decent pop. His fundamentals and defense are ****, and show no signs of improvement.
