Sometimes it does appear that Fedor "wings" his punches a bit too much but that punch was perfect. He does have unbelievable power and accuracy so who am I to judge. :yep

I can't see the GIF in OP's post but...

this is not a technically sound punch.

1. he is standing upright, and dropped down, telegraphing the punch.
2. he dropped his left during the punch
3. he had a draw-back before the punch (possibly to avoid the counter)

And the guy didn't use any head movement, actually moved into the punch.

Was it a strong punch? hell yes it was. He did well by launching off his rear leg. But it was not a very technical punch, and I don't think the same kind of technique would get you very far against someone who actually had some evasive/counter boxing skills.

what does that mean? well however you take it. It could mean a punch doesn't have to be very technical to get a KO. Or it could be picked apart by a skilled boxer.

But he sure cleaned his clock lol
