believe he could beat Muhammad Ali...

Joshua is a household name in England but the hype is ridiculous.

Joshua has now been put on the same unwarranted pedestal as Harrison and Khan.

    Curse of the Olympic medal.

Anthony Joshua is a terrific fighter with formiddable physical gifts. What surprises me the most is how explosive and quick he is for a man of his considerable size. As always in this sport though, you can't really tell the quality of fighter until they are matched against a good level of opposition, and that's yet to happen in the case of Joshua, but I think his potential is far greater than that of most Heavyweight prospects out there at the moment. When you look as physically imposing as Joshua does and your knocking everybody out in double quick time to boot, people are inevitably going to talk about you. That's the sport.

I don't think anybody has said he would beat Ali ffs! He's the most exciting heavyweight prospect in Britain and anyone who's watched him could not be anything but impressed by him so far. The press in Britain are a bit over the top enthusiastic about him tho but they're like that with all their sportsmen.

Hearns was saying just last week that Joshua could beat ANY heavyweight, even Klitschko and joshua agreed with him.

At the moment even I can beat Muhammad Ali, but I guess that's not what they meant.

Ali was a CW compared to boxers today. Joshua destroys him within a round if he wants.

Damn, even Arreola beats an Ali.

    210-215lbs is not Cruiserweight.

Sorry that Ali wasn't a fat overblown gassy 240lb H.W!

Not surprised, especially with the way he has been handling opponents.

Didn't Arreola lose to a CW by the name of Adamek?
