The Anthony Joshua situation.

Did you read any of the opening post?

 

close fight but i did think the cuban won.i saw joshua edge the first round by one or two points,the cuban the second by one point and savon the third by two points,it wasnt some massive walkver by savon but i did think he won but wasnt suprised by the judges desicion with joshua the home fighter.
it wasnt a robbery but was an incorrect decision.

 

He can only read at beginners level.

 

I wouldn't mind seeing this fight, didnt realise he was fighting last night. Anyone know if its on iplayer or anything like that?

 

Anthony Ogogo has just been throwing combinations, was his tactics wrong..?

Shut up man, Savon boxed a great fight.

 

I cant believe some folks want to see Joshua knocked out or badly beaten in his next fight. That seems a tad extreme.

I thought he lost, that was my first reaction and I was a little shocked when they announced he won. I came on here and saw a lot of people thinking the same.

Sometimes in life you get a bit of luck and a gift, it might be the last one Joshua ever gets, so he should enjoy it and realise his performance was far from perfect and move on. Just like everyone still whinging about it, move on

 

I'm not saying he didn't. I thought he deserved the nod and was expecting him to get the decision by a couple of points. But if he's behind on the score cards going into the last round, would it not be wiser to throw more shots throughout the entire round, instead of waiting until the end and throwing flurries of punches, given how the judges score each punch?

 

Unfortunately some people are either ******ed or just ****s.

 

He probably got a gift but who gives a **** now, he can go on and win it. Though he looked incredibly static. Even the big Chinese fella would dance around him a la Savon style.

 

He did seem abit cocky, and i think Savon fought within himself slightly. He admired himself, i could see this in his demeanour. But he still won the fight, and clearly beat Joshua.

 

He had every right to be cocky he was absolutely out classing Joshua, joke of a decision.

 

I liked his cockiness.....

I wanted to see a Ali Shuffle...

For such a big guy he was so co-ordinated on his feet.

 

If it were a pro fight Big Josh could well have been stopped after 6 or 7 rounds.

Thought He did Terrific. Considering the Pressure He was under, !st time as a Home Fighter in a Big event, at His age. Hopefully, thats got rid of the Nerves as could be seen.
