Not sure about the size. He started out as a CW but then discovered eating. This content is protected
It's teh opposite for me m8, coming from teh mean streets, i'll root for any thug lookin to make a life for himself against teh odds. :smoke
It is not as bad as it looks, his weight gain was result of jail time. Since he was released (less than 1 year ago) he already lost almost 15 pounds and looks almost OK. I hope he improves his opposition. He has a lot of things to improve, but he won't do it if he keeps fighting opponents who are way too bad to make him pay for his mistakes.
He's 6'4 (193cm) and he's still young (22). His style makes him appear smaller, he fights mainly curled up, a lot like Tyson, I think it's impressove that fights like that with this size. Ali started as a LHW. Szpilka was really a kid when he was a CW. IMO Szpilka is a natural heavy, with a heavyweight punch.
Szpilka fights more like Joey Louis then Tinkerbell Tyson. Ali was only a Lightheavy @ameteur boxing when he was a kid.
He is currently 86th best heavyweight in the world (no. 5 in Poland). Also he looks like Arreola, if they ever fight it would be impossible to tell which is which.
First picture was taken of him in cruiser weight, and the second picture was after or sometime during his like over one year prison sentence..
Of course I watch other fights. My schedule is too packed to watch and catch all the fights, and follow every boxer. Especially since half the time I don't have access to a TV and am away from home. My focus is Polish fighters, and I try to catch all their fights, at least the ones I care about (Adamek, Proksa, Masternak, Szpilka, lately curious to see how Wach ends up) I watch other fights as well, but don't have the time to go out of my way to see them all, unless it is a big/good fight. Doesn't help not having HBO or Shotime, either, where most U.S fights are televised. And if I am home on a Friday or Sat night, you can count on me being out with my friends partying, and they are not that into boxing.
