Szpilka looks more like 6'2 to me. Saulsberry is listed at 6'4.

Ok, maybe he is 6'2 1/2, but definitely not 6'4.

 

G$ora is only like 6'1, i have met him in-person @his gym. :thumbsup

 

I took 193cm = almost 6'4 from Wikipedia. Notice that he always keeps his head kinda down or to the side, never stands really upright. I think he's a bit taller when he does but maybe he's really not 6'4.

Anyway, I think comparing him to Adamek misses the point, because he has the built and the power of a natural heavyweight. In the pic of him at CW you posted, he's ripped like hell, possibly a bit drained AND, much like Ali at LHW, he's really a kid in there. He's definitely a natural HW in my book.

Agreed. Szpilka seems to have a bigger frame and Adamek, and seems to mold well into a HW fighter. Not to mention he clearly has good power in both hands to be able to compete at that weight.

 

He was 18 or 19 years old there as a CW and he's now 22 and a solid 228 in his last fight. Guys fill out genius.

 

I'm on this bandwagon! Lets see how far Artur can take him self.

He young so lets hope he keeps learning with every fight & once his chin is really tested, that it holds up solidly. In his last fight I liked his head & body movement & he wasn't afraid to let go his power left hand. He dropped that guy bigtime & then finished him off with another beautiful left. He has good handspeed & theres no problem at all about having him fight aggressively.

I have no problem with his criminal backround. Half the stars making millions in the NBA are thugs & nobody gives a **** about that, right?

I disagree. I think Adamek had to struggle to make 175. He said he felt so much better & "Natural" at 200lbs, where he could eat what he wanted, so he could be strong like bull.

Whereas Szpilka is close to 6'-4" & 220-230lbs is perfect for that frame.
