    Nicholas Walters:

“After sparring with other fighters here in Panama, my coach and other coaches asked me to come back to the sport,” Walters (26-1-1, 21 knockouts) told The Ring. “I was making it very difficult for the guys that I was sparring with, so everyone was saying I should make a comeback.”

He will be coming back at 140 with the intention of fighting at 135.

It's been what, six years? Thoughts?

He'll just quit on his stool again when the going gets tough.

Other than Foreman, how many guys have sat out for the better part of a decade and came back to be championship caliber? Rydell Booker did hop out of prison and made a decent journeymen, but championship material? That would be unprecedented.

Who cares about that axhole. He was supposed to fight last year, but an axident occurred and it was called off. I occasionally axe myself, whether Walters was a waste of talent or he hit his celling after beating Donaire.

Axe puns are a pain in the axe.

I'm racking my brain trying to come up with someone. Leonard was out for a few years and so was Robinson before they came back and won titles, but no where near 10 years. ke Quartey got back to a decent level being out for about 5 years. Obviously Eder Jofre but he was only away from the game for 3 years.
