Vargas probably would've beaten that version of Tony. He would've been obliterated by young Tony, though. :!:

 

I thought Tony went back to jail for **** again but I now see thats not the case.
What is the reason he's back in jail?

 

In December 2000, Tony wandered drunk into the house of a girl who trained at his fathers gym, so he somewhat knew her. Her friend, who had two sleeping children there, was also present. Tony said he just wanted to talk to this girl. What his intentions were are anybody's guess. But this girl, who knew of Tony's past, wasn't about to stand around and find out. After all, Tony had done this exact same thing as a teenager-twice. Anyway, the girl grabbed a gun, and when Tony tried to grab it away, she shot him in the shoulder.

For this offense, Tony got 10 years probation. However, various other parole offenses (speeding, driving without a license, possessing drug paraphenalia) got him landed in jail again. When pulled over by the cops, he refused to submit to drug testing, yet confessed to the officers on the scene that he had been doing heroin again.

Some people never learn.

 

He went back in 2004 to serve his 10 year sentence. Looks like 2014 is when he'll be out.

Tony could still hit hard, but I personally wouldn't have counted on him to beat Pazienza or any other noteworthy opponent then. Tony had been in jail 16 years, hadn't fought anybody and certainly hadn't gotten any younger. Which certainly compounds the stamina issue surrounding these factors.

It would've been a good fight, though. Tony would've landed some good shots and probably would've had Paz reeling at times, but in the end, Paz would've made Tony look a 36 year old man who hadn't fought since 19. Tony probably would've gotten tired as the fight entered the championship rounds. Paz by late TKO most likely. This is Leonard-Camacho multiplied 10 times.

 

Is he eligable for early parole?
Is he still working with his Psychologist at the time I think his last name was Raditz?
Which state is he serving time in?

 

He is in a Texas prison. Dr. Brian Raditz has a practice in Philadelphia, and I understand they're still good friends. I'm not sure if Tony is eligible for early parole though.

I took the subway in Montreal 2 or 3 years ago and was standing next to Davey Hilton. You know the sort of tough SOB, who happens to be great guys outside the ring ? Well Hilton is not one of these guys. He looked at everyone in the eyes with an intimidating look that said : I dare anyone to even try to talk to me. As tough as anyone, but you can't respect a guy who raped his own daughters. What a shame. :-(
