    With this statement, how is the ball in PBF's court? The question you should be asking is why Manny is afraid of USADA test? What's more important, the test or 50 million dollars?

    And Manny's second mistake is having Bob Arum as his promoter. Arum is nothing but a lying and corrupt Jewish gangster in a suit who still thinks he living back in the 1950's.

    Because the USADA can't guarantee that Pac won't be tested the day of the fight, or, the day before.
