Was PBF stood in front of a bigger guy who can bang that no one thought he would stand in front of walked him down and had him backing up for most of the fight. He also came forward behind a high guard something he usually only does to southpaws. I actually think he was trying to send Pac a message there. Never in a million years did his critics think he would do this. He proved a lot of people wrong last night, when he could have played it safe by getting on his bike.

This is what makes him the best fighter out right now. He switched it up big time this fight. He didnt use the philly shell much at all. He used the high guard and pressed the action. Not once did floyd run in this fight, he stood toe to toe the whole night and challenged Mosley's so called Power.

Even though i think Shane is shot,i give Floyd credit for doing what he did, never once did he ran from Mosley not even when he got hurt in the second round.

Yep PBF's ability to adjust to all styles is what makes him the best fighter in the game today. There is no blueprint on how to beat PBF. Are there things that work sure but no outright blueprint.

I must agree that is shows how well rounded he is because people think that he only can fight with the philly shell. Then the haters talk about what the opponent si going to do to the shoulder roll and how that **** wont work against a southpaw and he will be doomed.

Well what happens when he doesnt even try to fight with the philly shell? All that planning for it goes to waste and now his opponent is doomed.

That's Floyd, he usually switches it up fight to fight. Hell, when he fought Hatton, he fought Hatton's fight.

Thats impressive, he can be warrior if he need to.
To bad he is running against most opponents instead fighting them.

Credit to Floyd not for taking the fight but for fighting the way he did finally he showed a bit of balls in a fight, Shane is obviously all done but that doesnt mean this isnt a good win, However I do keep asking myself what it would have been like in round two had Shane been using Reyes gloves, that was a murderous shot and I beleive with Reyes gloves Floyd would have hit the deck, not saying counted out but he would have hit the deck for sure..
I still think Manny will beat Floyd

That fight showed just how smart of a fighter Mayweather is. Mosley generates so much power because he comes real wide with his shots and puts his whole body into it. If those punches land, they are deadly. However, it's hard to land those punches against a guy like Mayweather. All of Mayweather's punches are thrown with proper technique and don't leave him out of position. So when Mosley couldn't land his wide punches, he was in trouble. He had to throw more proper punches. He's not used to doing so and doesn't generate as much power with those punches as Mayweather does with his. Mayweather basically became the bigge puncher in this fight.

Yep, straight away I thought "**** he's gonna stand there and fight", which I thought would play into Mosleys hands but Floyd looked very strong, in the end Floyd was outstanding as always. I have no doubt that he is the best fighter in the world.

Interesting points there. I never really thought of it like that but you're right.
