    I never could have expected this choice of opponent

    I guess he did fight the 2 guys Alvarez and Pacquiao who we all wanted him to fight

    Is Berto even ranked?

    You mean when he was 47 years old... Or are you talking about fighting Muhammad Ali at 46 years old the fight before?

    Great argument... 😳

    I think he had some behind the scenes deal with Showtime to do a free fight. And he's picking an opponent, that he knows he wouldn't fight in a PPV fight (For #50). He's taking an easy fight for his free TV showing. I don't blame him. Why waste a fight with Khan (a big potential PPV Fight) on free tv?

    I have no problem with him fighting Berto for free tv. I'll watch. It's not like he's fighting Malignaggi. Berto has some pop, and there is a SMALL chance this fight could be interesting.

    So it's a FU to his haters? How does that even make sense? The best way to silence his haters would be to take up a tough challenge.

    If anything, it's a huge FU to you joyboys who will continue to defend him no matter what he does :nut:lol:

    This hasn't worked. He beats guys like Canelo and #48 and still gets no credit and nothing but excuses for the wins. Where have you been?

    So rather than stay true to his fans and joyboys alike, providing the best possible fights he decides to send a FU to them too? And that's your defense FOR him?

    Oh my oh my. :nut:patsch:patsch:lol::lol:

    He's 38 at the end of his career the best fighter of the era he has nothing left to prove on top of it this will be on free TV. If you still think he has something left to prove then you're the type of poster who I was referring to about not giving any credit.:deal
