watch the replay, and see if I can see what some of you saw. Zaveck showed some guts, but I had Berto winning handily, while some of you ALSO said we were robbed of a classic finish because of the cuts and swelling.

When you watch the replay see if Berto was rubbing his head into Zavek's face, or if there was a head butt.

Zaveck came in with his head, but Berto also held him behind his head and shoulders. You can see Bertos forehead between his eyebrows was a bit swollen.

It's physics you can move away from punches better when you are on your toes and Berto is flat footed it is not the nutrition or the other bs. Until that problem is corrected he is gonna get hit which is great for more exciting fights.
Really a shame cause with all the skills he doesn't need to get hit like that.
As long as the excuses are made and that is avoided nothing will change with this kid.
If he watched Michael Jackson it would do 10x more than working with Conte
    Get on those toes boy.

I picked Berto via TKO but I was really not impressed by his performance. I was hoping to see a new and improved Berto after suffering his first loss against Ortiz. All I saw was the same Berto, easily getting hit, tiring early in the rounds, no footwork, sloppy.

I think Berto stood inside so that he could take chances at landing hard shots because 1, the guy couldn't hurt him, 2 he was faster, and 3 he wanted to inflict major damage.

Berto has to learn to parry with shots on the inside. He looked good technically, and he had the right idea by standing his ground against Zaveck, but his defense was shabby, and he still can't fight inside without holding his opponent.

At arms distance, Berto did roll with shots, but on the inside he did get caught with the same shots he gets caught with. To me he didn't look tired. He looked to be taking a breather after throwing combos which always helps
