The best all-time/active fighter from your state, or city in your country

I think I orginally worded this too long. Here is what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for the best fighter ever, and the best current fighter from the STATE you live in. I.E. Michigan, Nevada, Maryland, California. Not just the city.

For countries outside of the USA I am looking for the best fighter from a particular CITY in your country. I am not trying to be biased, but I feel that since the USA is one of a few countries to have STATES, then I have to find another way to seperate the top fighters from each country by doing it by state. If there is a problem with this let me know.

But, if you are in the USA, give me current, and all-time of the STATE you live in. Another County... CITY of the Country.

Also, if you already see your State/City has been picked feel free to add to it. The fighter with the most picks at the end of the thread will be considered the choice for that state.

Please, if possible, I would like Current and all-time to be seperate names, unless it is impossible to avoid.

Finally, I would like the fighter to have been BORN in that State or City, not where he resides in now. Example, Holyfield would be Alabama, not Georgia.
