I cant call him dirty but the jury is still out on the case. but i just think its pretty ironic that he is attempting to clean up the sport. Not long ago another boxer was quoted as saying the same thing and it was taken as a joke.

wonder what the reaction will be to him making suck claims.

if it was really an attempt to clean up the sport why not random all the way through to the end?

The funny thing is, if Pacquiao followed through with his agreement to do the random USADA testing, his fans would not be so upset about Floyd bringing it up; in fact we'd likely hear nothing about that. What caused this reaction in fans is not that Floyd brought it up, but that Manny rescinded and the fight came to a halt over this impasse. As a result, the blame is projected on the one who requested the testing in the first place, which is Mayweather. The only arguments you hear from Pacquiao fans are ideals parroted from Freddie Roach, Arum, Pacquiao and biased media. No reason, objectivity or logic seems to be injected into this conversation from people on that side of the fence.

Its a never ending argument because everyone wants to be 'right' and few people care to be honest. Bottom line is, someone is gonna bend or we're not gonna see this fight. And at this point, the sentiment leans more in the direction of 'what is Pacquiao afraid of' regarding his vehement refusal to comply with testing except it be on his terms, more than it is 'what was Floyd's angle in requesting the testing to begin with'.

The Nevada athletic commission has spoken on the likelihood of implementing USADA style random blood testing into their protocol as soon as August. If this happens and Pacquiao still has a problem with it, then there's real reason to be suspicious.
