You can put Bivol there as well, then.

I'm quite a vociferous Bivol cheerleader but honestly I don't see who in R'as Al-Ghul's ten could be justifiably bumped to make room for him. All six of the Japanese fighters have greater legacies than him thus far, as do both Filipinos and the Siamese Tank..

I forgot him, he would be top 3 at least, maybe in front.

Although against Bradley was it rather equal, especially in the first two could it go either way (it was not the best division of whom) and in the third made the knockdowns the difference (in the last der was Timmie injured). While Matthyse and Rios were faded trailhorses in the wrong weight-class, Broner a never-has-been and Vargas a fringe-contender.
He also lost by narrwoly shootout by Mayweather, not to mention what Marquez did with him.

It is wrong, the whole country of Kazkhstan is in Central (and north) Asia.

There can be also listed Wanheng Menyaothin, Pongsalklek Wonjongkam and Hozumi Hasegawa (but the last two were it the previous decade a lot better suited).

I think Uchiyama was more dominant and over a longer time, partly Yamanaka too (had a long undefeated stream both).

I thought Pacquiao beat Bradley WIDE (9-3) in a boring affair, COMFORTABLY in the rematch (8-4), and DOMINANTLY in the rubber match. Pacquiao is 3-0 against Bradley in my book.

I think the first and second could be draws, it is justfiable to give one of them to Bradley. But who was in fight two comfortable outboxing Pacquaio until the injury, for 5 or 6 rounds.

Nothingless I would have had him at place 1 probably for this decade, at the moment (while in the previous were Sahaprom and Wonjongkam close with him, maybe).

It can't be geographical, as there are Iraq, the caucasus (Armenien, Georgia, Aserbaidschan), Russia (Ural) and maybe Tadschikistan between it (western).
