Depends on what you're asking. Best movie or best boxing movie, as in most realistic? The latter is pretty much the only thing that is taken into consideration on this forum. I personally loved Million Dollar Baby, though it gets ragged to no end on here for whatever reason.
Yes it was, however there was a parody called "The Great White Hype" starring Damon Wayons (Spelling).
Hurricane Carter story? Denzel Washington? Yeah that was a great movie. Great story as well. I really liked "Resurrcting The Champ". What a twist huh?
I liked the hurricane too but Raging Bull was the best boxing movie IMO.... Here's my list Raging Bull Rocky I Rocky II The Hurricane Cinderella Man Million Dollar Baby Ressurecting the Champ Rocky IV Great White Hope Play it to the Bone:good
Raging Bull. The surreal slow motion action in the fight scenes was mezmorizing. Plus the story of a great boxer , who just happened to be a psycopath.
This might not be considered one of the 'best' boxing movies but I enjoyed watching it - Undisputed. Funny how they had a scene with Jim Lampley interviewing the heavyweight champ convicted of **** and the dude goes crazy on Lampley. **** was priceless.
does anyone remember Midnight sting about the fighter who had to fight 10 fights in one day. good show
play it to the bone is more like a soft porn. seriously they're all good. they all have a great storyline and some r tru stories, stuff u can't come up with. i mean who doesn't love hillary swank or that lovable doofus rocky? i think imo raging bull is the most significant but rock put in the mainstream and set the standard for the rest
