I don't find this sort of thing amusing in the slightest, sorry to bum your thread mate, but it's a guy who's getting up so badly that he can't control himself is a bit sad for me. Sorry to crap on your thread
It's a mystery to me why so many professional fighters can't seem to recognize when they are hurt. Too many times a guy who gets KD'd jumps to his feet right away rather than taking a knee and collecting himself. The result is often a TKO when it may have been avoided. Also, I think more fighters should be willing to take a knee when they are know they are hurt (see Liakhovich v Brewster) rather than trying to stay on foot and sustaining more damage, and often a TKO.
Pride maybe...They are prolly ashamed of being put down so their only thought process is to try to pop right back up.
Witherspoon/Arreola pulled a Judah/Tszyu. Anyone notice that? He got right back up but he simply didn't have his legs under him and maybe because he tried to get up so fast, his equilibrium was shot.
This is getting old, but it is always fun. But this has been posted at least a dozen times with the same objective.
It is a mystery, isn't it? Maybe there's some common factor that's causing this? Maybe you could, like, do some research and see if maybe they might have taken any blows to the head around the time of the incident?
I remember larry merchant saying "Shame on Chris Byrd for the way he acted" after the KD with Klit when he was protesting with the ref. FFS, he had drool coming out of his mouth, I'll forgive him if he wasn't quite himself at the time.
No ****, genius. Thanks for the enlightenment. Of course a guy doesn't have his wits about him when he's sustained many shots. But it is surprising how many experienced fighters let their pride get the best of them, and don't just take a knee and an 8 count. Seems like that would be fundamental for any guy with an ametuer pedigree.
