There is no need for discussion about the best CW ever - every normal persons would agree. Of course, his name is Evander Holyfield.
The number 2 could be questionable, but I will vote for David Haye. I have to mention Usyk, he has a great potential, but , personally, I would like to see him at HW, as soon as possible.

There's plenty of debate. Adamek and Gomez have at least as strong a claim.

Yes, he defeated Mormeck....And what is your point of view ?

David Haye was better CW than Adamek (a level above), and he is/was much , much better HW - two levels above.....

I wouldn't like to be missunderstood, I consider DH a great boxer, potential HW champion, but, very often I do not support his behaviour. Simply, he should be more polite.

    I disagree.

I'd say Holyfield comes second after Rocky Marciano :hey

OK, Cruiser Weight Division had been established 1979.

You mentioned Marciano, but omitted Louis, and young Ali...

I mean only modern day CWs...

any crusierweight today can fight at 195lb for the heavy title and weigh
in at the cruiserwight limit so marciano at 185lb is a legit cruiserweight .

truth is all cruiserweights want to fight at heavy because of money / and cruiserweight has always been seen as a stepping stone to heavy.

there has hardly been a mainstay cruisrweight since the division started / johnny nelson maybe but he was terrible in his early attempts /

haye is most probably the best cruiser/heavy since holyfield since the introduction of the division/ toney as was his want only had 1 fight of note then saw a kentucky he liked and stayed there for a month and became a heavyweight.
