this is a similar problem you have with SMW. The guys who once stayed in SMW for long periods were generally regarded as ducking jokes hiding from serious divisions, often with some justification for that observation. Roy Jones is easily pretty much regarded by the majority as the best SMW ever H2H, mainly for what he did above that weight division. And rightly so, even though Ottke defended much more often, Calzaghe had a much longer reign and Eubank had a greater number of tough opposition, they are not seen as coming close in terms of who is best.

Holy is very similar to Roy in this respect.

CW shows similarities to SMW more than any other division, same era of inception, similar part of the scale of weight divisions, similar crop of champions making their name in the same way, similar perspectives held about the division.
