    Well too be fair, everyone was starting to agree with you(using my opinions) until you said BJ was ducking by fighting Machida, otherwise, people were fairly receptive

    You have to admit though, it is not so hard to make a case for him,

    If your talkin h2h then its obviously an MMA HW
    If your talking p4p best at their sport, Id say its Floyd Mayweather probably.

    Well so much for the original subject.....it seems that theses threads always degenergate after a couple of pages.

    Horses for courses is the answer to that one.

    If Randy or Spider were to fight a Klitchko under boxing rules they'd get KOed inside a round. On the other hand if a PacMan or Klitchko were to enter the octagon with only their boxing skills a Randy or Spider would very likely take them down quickly and have them tap out.

    Have a look at Randy against James Toney recently in the octagon as an example of how someone fighting outside the rules they are used to struggles.

    I think the original poster meant with no restrictive rules such as boxing to restrict the effectiveness.
