Duran is a vastly superior inside fighter to Pryor tho with much better defense, I feel Pryor is too wide open to take Leonard`s power for a full 15... & if as you say, Pryor does taste canvas, he better hope his head is completely clear when he beats the count because he`ll be met with 1 of the best finishers of all time at his peak in ruthless mode.

Pac was getting outboxed for the majority of that fight. But yeah, there are a good deal of people on here who don't know anything about Sasakul.

It's a 12 round fight and Pac ended it in the 8th. And it's not like it was a come from behind 1 punch KO, Pac was breaking Sasakul down. It's similar to Margo vs Cotto if Margo had stopped Cotto in the 8th instead of 11th, except that Sasakul is alot slicker than Cotto..

I voted for Pac... since I didn't see the SRL option.

though i agree with you, the argument can certainly be made

roy jones was only ever the REAL champion at 175 (sure someone will come on and say erdei or DM was the real champ)

he was a titlest at middle, super middle and heavy. impressive but not TRUE champ

his comp at 175, where he truly dominated, was often good but only occasionally great (an old mccallum, hill).

he was far more "talented" than pac but pac has been the TRUE champ in 4 divisions and beat 4 sure fire hall of famers (barrera, morales, marquez, hatton), another probable (cotto) and won titles in 7 divisions.

it's not a stretch to put pac ahead

It has to be SRL for me!

But why is ODLH and or Tito not on this list? Just like Pac/Mayweather are on the top of everyone list on this "modern era" so were ODLH/Tito 10 years back! Either way good list and good choice on the picks.

For me, Chavez, Whitaker, Jones, Mayweather & Pacquiao are better p4p fighters than Tito & Oscar from that era... there are only a certain amount of options available & if Im leaving out guys like Hearns then Im definitely leaving out DLH & Trinidad.

    :good
