I don't know what you're talking about. These men represent all that is good and noble in the sport and here you are diminishing them by accusing I and my arch nemesis Lester (I don't know what a bum buddy is but i'm sure it could get me jailed) of trolling. Blasphemer thine words reek with the powerful odor of mendacity!
Joe Louis probably takes it from me but I will also mention... Julio Cesar Chavez from 84-89. Inside game, outside game, power, footwork, mixed up his attack and his speeds, ruled the ring. He was pretty much perfect at that time.
Im fan of Samart aswell. One of the few fighters who 'really' worth to watch in that sport hsitory. In the undefeated run of Fyodor, he had that aura of an immortal creature.
None. I was saying the best fighter I ever saw either live, Closed Circuit (where I saw a lot of fights) or on tv. and the best i saw was Ezzard Charles in Pittsburgh in 1946. He was n't a heavyweight yet. He was either a middle or lightheavy, I don't remember. But I know he won by KO early and my uncle and dad who took me never stopped talking about it for months. A nice memory. I forget the name of the fighter he fought though.

Its Duran for me vastly underated boxer the reason being his savagery masked his great ability a truly wonderful fighter especially in his lightweight days
