thats a nice painting...oscar looks like oscar...but the depiction of floyd is remarkable

anybody complaining about floyd never fighting tsyzu is unreasonable

:goodappreciate the post. i don't know a ton about the history of negotiations, inlcuding mayweather. what i know is interviews and vague statements, which don't mean much. if mayweather really pursued them, good on em and no complaints

I don't see how Mayweather could have been scared of Hatton at 140, scared and ducked Tzyu at 140 scared of Cotto. Yet was chasing and begging for a fight with DLH at 147 in 2005 who was a bigger threat then all of them.

This is where Mayweather gets underrated because people actually believe he fought Sharmba Mitchell to duck Hatton, Tzyu, Cotto instead of fighting Mitchell because nobody else wanted to fight.

Interesting interview by Floyd. It just seems most of what he said here, Pac actually did.

Hilarious. Now the undefeated Hatton was cherrypicked by Floyd to get him post-prime. Too comical.

My mistake, should have made it clearer. I mean the reason Hatton went up was to fight Mayweather. Why should Mayweather have to come down a weight to fight Hatton when he was the champ and Hatton was challenging him

I know. What a *****. Reminds me of Pac fighting David Diaz rather than looking for the hardest fight at 135. And choosing Clottey coming off a loss rather than Berto, Williams, or Mosley.

Marquez was once the hardest fighter at 135. Floyd fought him at 147 (after fooling him of a fair 143 lb catchweight). :happy
