Johnny Lewis has a gym at Woolloomooloo (cant spell it but thats how it sounds lol) PCYC im not sure if he works with amateurs though.... i've only been to 3 gyms in sydney and only trained at 2 but from that i reckon Mundine's gym in Redfern is good, dont know what the trainers are like only ever did a lil bit there on my own but i thought it was a good set up... Woolloomooloo PCYC also has another gym (not Johny Lewis's) that is good as well like real old school lookin... and South Sydney PCYC doesn't have a bad set up either..... also just from what i've herd apparently Burwood PCYC, Parramatta PCYC bth have strong teams but not sure what the gyms there look like. Hope thats helps
Billy Hussein's BodyPunch Gym is definitely worth checking out. Otherwise i would consider Angelo Hyder's up on the Central Coast too.
dont forget about Blacktown Hit Sqaud. the head trainer there is a former rep coach. and we have a great team with 6 trainers. about 13 pro fighters and about 12 ams
I think Johnny splits his time betwen Peter Mitrevski's gym at tempe where Adam forsyth trains and Billy Dibs gym not sure where that is but shane said today it's a fair drive from Brighton though I dont know Sydney that well
Yeah sorry mate im not sure all i can tell you is that he left Woolloomooloo a fair while ago now... You a am or pro?
pro...i am planning a holiday to sydney soon would love to include a trip to his gym in my holiday would be awesome to see how the top pros train and what sort of set up they have
