Harada on his best night. Canto was brilliant against all odds against all sorts, but there'd be some that'd get to him IMO.

Lynch>Wilde on film, as unfair as that may be. Pascual Perez for me in terms of ability on film and sustainable style 'running the gauntlet' against other greats.

So a four man tournament between the best H2H flys on film would probs be between Lynch, Canto, Harada and Perez IMO. There's no clear guy, but so much depth and quality you could go all day.

**** that division. With 24 hour weigh in's Canto could well make it, and imagine how much of a let down he'd be.

Clearly, without any fear of reproach, Canto>>>>>>>>>Lopez

No one wants to be a straw, not even Condes. You can see the misery in his eyes.

He looks like he's sneaking up on someone in the top shot.

Wilde is likely the greatest flyweight - but the best h2h? Footage doesn't back the assertion for me.

I agree....Definitely Midget Wolgast looks better on film (limited footage of both though).

I never was impressed with Perez, I said this here a few times before......my personal number 1 H2H would be Canto I think.....
I like Peter Kane as well.. like SH mentioned....

You see, the footage really bothers me. We have one round of him against Joe Symonds, and then two other clips of fights, both of which Wilde loses. Bearing in mind he only lost 4 out of his 150 odd recorded fights, we are incredibly unlucky to have 2 fights which he loses!

Against Trancy Lee, he suffered with influenza, and was physically sick just before the fight. He would avenge the defeat by stopping Lee a year or so later. Against Villa (the other footage we have), he had been out for a couple of years, and still almost stopped the great Villa in the 2nd round, before the illigal blow landed on the Welshmen.

He was, according to reports, very very good defensively. He would always stay out of range (his size disadvantage would mean others could lean on him and drain him, and blocking shots with his gloves would be a bad tactic as he was that thin). But we dont really get to see this on film (apart from the one round with Joe). Then there was his power, which you all know about. I'm not sure many Flys in history could take his shots if im honest
