This gets my vote. James Toney knocking out "Prince" Charles Williams during the 12th round. 1994, IBF super-middleweight title.

Anyone else got one they think is perhaps even better?

I think the shot above really is the type that cements into ones mind. I'm sure most fans have seen this shot before.

i still get a temporary head-ache when i see that punch land.

Look at that picture of James Toney and realize that man was/is a heavyweight contender. That is amazing.

Yeah, brutal shot from a brutal finish.

Looks like Larry Holmes was at ringside that night, interesting to see considering what he did to Mercer just a few months later.

I'll be back with the best action shot of all-time soon. It's that good it looks like it's actually been staged and not taken during the heat of the moment.

I love that Toney-Williams picture. I remember it made the cover of one of the boxing mags.

I'm a Tyson fan, but this is a great pic.

Roles reversed. I'm not a Tyson fan, but this is a great pic.

You must have hit the lottery looking for that with a quick find or you spent a very long time looking searching. Dam, the way he lands and Walcott's left slightly raised, also look how he's landed. The sequence fits like a glove.

Here are some other great shots, but I think you're right Robbi, that is probably the definitive choice.
