    I have heard him say Morrison and Holyfield, also. For what it's worth.

    But, yeah, the evidence suggest Lyle could hit.

    George Foreman seems like such a huckster, I'd take anything he said with a grain of salt.

    In fairness to Foreman, his has been saying Lyle was a big puncher forever. I remember after his fight with Cooney, when asked about when Jerry got his attention with a hook, said "I thought it was going to be one of those Ron Lyle nights."

    I personally don't really care one way or the other, but Lyle often comes up when George discusses punching power.

    George in that fight should also come up when discussing poor defense and poor pacing. That can lead to getting hit very hard.
