Who is it? Wladimir is an obvious choice, as he has shown the ability to win a fight with that punch alone if he so chooses. It's fast, hard, and long, and he uses it very well now.

Then, of course, you have Winky, and even though he hasn't been too active as of late, he pretty much made a career outta that punch, so he must've used it right. Stiff as hell, and he pumps it in your face all night.

There's obviously Kessler, Taylor if he so chooses to commit to it, Dawson has a solid jab, Cotto's jab is very underrated, and has been no joke - especially since the move up to welter, and there are countless others. So who has the best jab in the game today?

Winky and Floyd have great jabs. I think Mijares has a good jab as well.

Wlad, Winky, Taylor, Pavlik and Kessler in my opinion are the cream of the crop.

When Floyd uses the jab his is ****in' serious. He jabs to the body well to set up the rest of his game, pretty much a lost art these days - a la the Corrales fight, or to score and punish his opponent, like against Hatton in some of the later rounds.

Calzaghe completely out-jabbed Kessler in their fight though.....

Klitschko has a great jab as does Winky Wright

I think Taylor has a straight, hard jab. However, I don't think he makes as good of use of it as the other guys. I also love how Floyd makes use of his jab when he actually uses it. If that makes sense.

Calzaghe Jab is effective, not in a sense of it being a powerful punch, but fast and distracting, as Kessler said, "spoiling his boxing".

Yeah in the 9th he landed a few that caught Hatton flush and really snapped his head back.

Kessler's got a real good jab but he didn't get to land it much on Calzaghe.

Calzaghe doesn't use his jab in an orthodox fashion...then again, he doesn't do much in orthodox fashion. He sort of falls in behind it so he can let loose with his flurries and utilize his hand speed in generally closer quarters.
