Roy on sheer athletisim; Whitaker on Pure Boxing/defensive mastery. The toss up goes to the more exciting fighter as human nature would have it.

I don't see anything so wrong with voting for Pacquiao to be honest, especially if he takes apart Cotto like I think he will. From that point on it all comes down to preference, as Pacquiao's accomplishments match pretty much anyone on that list. As of now I have him behind Whitaker and Jones Jr. The way things are going it won't be long before he surpasses Jones, though.

 

where's julio cesar chavez? shouldn't he be on the list as well? he only made an all-time best 27 title defenses and was 89-0-1 before suffering his first loss.
