The best of...Heavyweight Prospects

Do some of you really think the promoters of some of these potentially promising fighters are going to put them in a high risk fight, against themselves, in some low key venue in a basement somewhere, where it will generate no money? Yea for us it would be great to see. But it doesn't make any business sense at all. Once all these guys are top contenders, then you can make a big card with their names on the top of them. But for now, that would be just foolish imo.

And would everyone get off Szpilkas nuts. He only has 10 fights, and he is catching **** for fighting low-level opponents. FFS some of you would want to see him in there with a Klitschko already it seems. He needs to slowly step it up, which he is, for the next 10 fights, at least.

 

I would post the contracts if I had access to them, but Peltz was willing to send Jennings in there for less than 15K.

He got close to 40K for Laikovich. Do the math. It aint a made up story either. Peltz told me to get him the contact names and #s and I did. He then came back and told me bout the offers and the rejection and how the fight didnt come down. He then said that they had another big bout working up and that he'd fill us in when the i's were dotted and the t's crossed. It was Liakovich and the world met Bryant Jennings in grand fashion.

Also, Peltz is still trying to make that fight, but seems Arturs putting his tail between his legs and heading back to euro can land. Gonna start with McCline, who is refusing to watch Spilkas china chin be exposed. So likely Art will get a ref stoppage during an unanswered barrage of shots early in their upcoming fight.
IM gonna send Jameel that fight and hopefully he watches it and realizes that if he only touches Spilka he'll KO him with 1 punch. He just needs to hide his own fragile mandible.:deal

 

oh, and of course there is richard towers. 6'8" beast from england. could be interesting one day

 

So why did Peltz turn down a fight for Jennings against the very shot Riddick Bowe?

Fighting for the EBU-EU title on June 16 against Michael Wallisch (8-0) who has a win over then 27-0 Yakup Saglam.

This is Towers' first real test, if he can get past Wallisch then possibly a European title shot :bbb

 

Sergei was nothing in the fight against Jennings. He didn't even try to hit him it seemed. You could easily put that fight on the same level of Szpilka fighting McCline for one, because Sergei didn't pose any of a threat, and rarely even made a half assed effort to win, or throw punches, and when he did, they were so telegraphed, and so inaccurate, that it didn't even matter. And yet still Jennings couldn't KO him, seems he doesn't have much KO power to be a chin tester. Which his win or win by KO gap is increasing with every fight.

That aside, Jennings is a good fighter, that is clear. Why would Wasilewski put one of his best prospects in there against an equally young prospect, and hungry fighter for almost no reward? Just doesn't make business sense, and boxing is a business. Putting aside who would win. If Jennings is as good as you are making him out to be, they will meet in the future. :deal Bank on it. Then we will see who has the china whiskers..:hey

Sadly not. Rest assured though, my man OG Malik is training hard and whenever he does fight next he will surely reach an unprecedented 34-0.

But Malik has other hobbies man, the gun club needs him to scare away the kids.

Bryant Jennings is already 28 years old...Seth Mitchell is 29 will be 30 end of this year... Eddie CHambers just turned 30 & Malik Scott 29.. Bryant Jennings & Steh Mitchell are no where near the same skill leve as Malik.. & Nowhere near Eddie... A Young kid to watchout for is a kid by the name of Mike Hunter.. going to olympics this year! he 22

 

It's a "rule" the site has for all prospects, they did start by looking at some older ones and even have a piece on Glazkov but they've recently decided to have a blanket rule on the age.

Just bumping this to say Gerber fights Mo Harris this weekend.

 

I like Malik Scott but he didnt beat anybody even half decent yet and he is not active and he is too busy pretending to be a thug all of the time.
