    To beat McCallum at 154 or 160, you had to move more than I think Griffith could or would. Mike's power at 160 wasn't top-tier though, and Griffith was exceptionally tough, so there's no way this ends in a stoppage.

    McCallum in a good, hard and closely fought contest. Majority decision to the Bodysnatcher.

    Emile Griffiths was neutralised in the half-way house by a stinging, consistent body-attack that allowed him to cease a great deal of control on the outside and throughout. In a disappointing contest from which much was expected, Griffiths may have won three of the first four round with a steady jab and a roughouse strategy inside, but once McCallum measured him, Griffiths seemed both surprisingly and easily discouraged.
