Which is the best ownage by a british fighter you have seen, by ownage. I mean vicous prolonged beat downs, pure phsyical and psychogical abuse. I always find the look on the victims face amuseing, during the abuse, like inbetween rounds etc. These type of defeats are rare. Some fighters specialise in this type of punishment, like Miguel Cotto, Antonio Margo, even big black rasta Lennox Lewis did it afew times. When Lennox Lewis lost to Oliver Mccall, and then reinvented himself and came back supporting dredlocks..that's when he was at his baddest.

Against Tommy Morrision was one of Lennox Lewis's best prolonged ownage's. During a prolonged ownage, fighters cannot call to the refferee.

My top 3 in no order is..

    Nigel Benn vs Nicky Pipper

    Joe Calzaghe vs Jeff Lacey

    Lennox Lewis vs Tommy Morrisson

I pacticully liked, Nigel Benn vs Nicky Pipper. Becuase Nigel Benn just looks like a bad man, a vicous, sadistic man. I have never once saw Nigel benn call for the refferee to stop the fight, maybe because he actaully enjoyed and got a thrill out of beating guys up prolonged sustainment abuse.

Nigel Benn is probably one of the reason's the BNP was formed, after performance's against Nicky Pipper.

It made it all the more entertaining, because of Nicky Pipper....... this man could play the victim on crime watch week in week out.

Also Joe Calzaghe in his last few fights, i don't know what's happened to him. The man is ****ing sick, he proper went Skitzo on Roy Jone's.

That was not a fight, that was bullying..that was a grown man bullying a all time great Roy Jone's....Sick..it was sick.

At the time i was very angry at Joe Calzaghe, but now i look back. And i see it for what it is...

You missed out Honeyghan - Curry, considering Curry was P4P number 1 at the time and Honeyghan made him quit in the sixth round.

Calzaghe Lacy was the greatest ownage I have ever seen.

Even if some of the punches landed incorrectly.

Any time Lennox Lewis beat a top American fighter was pure, joyous ownage. The Tyson beatdown was extended ownage, and the fact that Tyson was well past his best really didn't mater at all. It was the ownage that counted.

My favourite ownage had to be the Michael Grant drubbing. It wasn't only Grant that got owned, it was also the vast majority of American fans, pundits and so called "experts". They all got owned. It might not have been an extended ownage, more of a super concentrated, high dosage, right in your face, swivel on this kind, of ownage.

Grant didn't just get demolished, he got mentally dismantled in a very short time. The whole US heavyweight division got humiliated in less than two rounds, and it was great!

Yea Lennox was brilliant, he had loadsa ownages oner American competition.

Calzaghes ownage of Lacy is still the sweetest of all ownages though.

Also Hatton proved me wrong with his ownage of Paulie Malignaggi last weekend, ill give that a shout.

Watched lewis rachman 2 last night, and i have a bit of a problem accepting lewis as a proper true brit. Do people not see it as lewis choosing england as his professional launch pad to boost his popularity ? He mentions after the fight with the rock( After babbling pure bull**** about "blacks" and "winnie mandela") that he'd more than likely defend against his fellow countryman, KIRK JOHNSON next. Now lewis is top 5 all time for me.I have no problem with him as a boxer at all, but when maloney went so did the british bull****.Now i know this is another story, but i dont think i ever really looked at lewis the way majority of brit boxing fans did.He was a great boxer and a brilliant business man, not a true blooded brit imo, so i leave him out in this case !

I agree, Lewis as a boxer was great but he's like the Owen Hargreaves of Boxing.

Sorry mate...if you don't have Lewis as a brit despite the fact he was born here, then you can't have the Jamaican born Ragamuffin
