Dosent change the fact that cotto avoided hatton at 140, and has never been the number 1 fighter in his division :deal

When Pac has fought as many HOF's as Sugar Ray Robinson. We can talk.
Robinson was 16 wins, 6 losses and 1 draw against Current HOF's. Including a win against a fighter who Manny is often compared to: Henry Armstrong.

6 loses .... I guess this should work in both ways, how many
loses or draws have PAC or Floyd against the HOF competition?

Sure Robinson have more wins but overall, if we assume both Hatton
and Cotto to be HOF material

    Robinson: 16-6-1
PAC: 8-1-1 ... (not counting further wins)
Floyd: 8(7)-0-0 ... (Gatti, Castillo, Corrales will make HOF some day, Judah/Hernadez maybe)

Add two more wins over Mosley, PAC, Floyd and record 10-1-1 or 10-0-0 looks not bad at all

I agree i held him in high regard, but when mayweather vacated, cotto margo was for #1, it had not been decided yet....

Face it, cotto has never been the top dog of his division, hes never beaten the man to become the man, or cleaned out a division.. So he will always be under ricky hatton acheivment wise.... Because thats what matters in boxing, being the true champ of your division

Robinson lost (4) fights afterthe age of 40 against HOF's. Before 40 however, he was 16-2-1. Pas has only beaten Cotto and Hatton in their primes. Sugar beat 75% of HOF's in their prime. Pac has a long way to go, let's see what happens.
