I recommend anabolic steroids or EPO, just get your excuses ready when you get caught, such as "I used ripped fuel. Let's donate some dough and act as it never happened", "it's just asthma medicine", "I had no clue what I was injecting into my own body" or "mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm" (James Toney on the injustice of failing a drug test twice)

And you can always use the Richard Gasquet excuse: "I kissed a girl who was on cocaine/anabolic steroids/EPO and that's how it got into my system"

Creatine is good for building lean muscle and it also helps you push yourself in training. Although it does make you look bloated as your body retains a lot of water. Other than that i always take a glucose tablet before training as it keeps your sugars up and energy high, possibly take before long runs.

Another factor may be the type of training you do, take calzaghe for example (although contraversial) he did a lot of long distance incline running without weight training, this gave him incredible stamina and was able to maintain a high punh output. Not sure if this helps at all.

If you're from the UK go to 'myprotein'. They do every supplement known to man at decent prices.
They do one called Hurricane XS. You have you're daily mix of Creatine and slow burning Carbs (great for being able to train with more intensity), essential amino acids, protein and HMB for muscle repair. As creatine does cause water retention i would look at getting water retention tablets too

    Actually looks good!

Is it legal in the boxing world?

I dont want to bulk up to much so i become slow but would like to burn the last of the fat off and maintain speed and energy, is it the sort of thing that is aimed at just weight lifting or would running be ok as well.

    Cheers for the advice

I would be taking creating ethyl ester (not monohydrate) powder because it's going to give you a little extra to give muscularly and in your overall endurance. Ethyl ester doesn't bloat you up like that monohydrate garbage and it won't bulk you up much, if any. It will definitely help performance.
Also, I'd look into a good vitamin-B complex. That should help balance out your energy problem. Vitamin D is good for promoting calcium absorption and for inflammation (joint issues). Vitamin E would be a big suggestion too. It has a multitude of benefits- look it up.
The last things I would suggest is fish oil- again, look up all the benefits, and Chromium- I've had differences I can feel by taking/not taking this- it regulates blood sugar metabolism and carbohydrate metabolism. It balances insulin resistance due to chromium deficiency. Deficiency is caused by malnutrition, alcoholism, and strenuous exercise.

If you want to look into protein, I suggest casein protein, as it is a slow-release (6-7 hours) and should be taken in the morning (to reap the benefits all day) and before bed, so that while your body repairs itself, it's able to use this steady stream of protein to help with repair/recovery...
What you get in the store is whey, which is fast absorption (30min or so), so it's best taken pre and post workout. Muscle Milk (and other combo proteins) are whey-casein mixtures which is dominated by the whey in ratio. I personally prefer casein over whey if I had to choose, as it was proven to help weight loss while keeping lean muscle over whey in a study. Although, admittedly, casein is chalkier and doesn't taste nearly as good (but you grow to like it).

Go to trueprotein.com; these are the best and most pure supplements I've found. You can get it there.

Most of all, make sure you are eating correctly and have a good pre-workout snack or light meal, and the same for post-workout (some protein, plenty of carbs).

I urge you to not purchase any garbage from a retail store with a fancy label and a muscular dude on the picture... I have done a copious amount of research into this and found that if you know what you're looking for, you can buy individual products that are more bio-available and pure than all these b.s. supplements in these magazines and that actually work.

I know RDJ has probably pointed this out before, but if you train right, eat right, and sleep right, supplements are unnecessary.

Listen to what your mom used to tell you. Eat your veggies, get enough sleep, don't drink, don't smoke, etc...

And don't throw eggs at random people's cars. It'll get you shot.
