Sorry, man, but I really don't know who you are or what you would or wouldn't do. And I can't in all honesty say I'd really give a crap if you did. I call 'em like I see 'em. Accordingly, I've caught my fair share of grief from jingoist Brits, Eastern Euro apologists, and the biased anti-Euro/UK crowd. Apparently I'm an equal opportunity offender.
i confused you with a poster who posts here often, who has an idea of who the regular posters are, and what theyre about. but i see you dont post that often.
A lot of people who post on here DKSAB They don’t use logic when predicting or breaking down fights. they get caught up with emotions with both fighters that they love or hate. I’ll admit I was wrong when I forecasted this Fight. I thought for sure it was going to be a body shot around the 10th or 11th & I never in a 100 years thought that Saunders a “proper fighting man” would “Retire on his stool” oops.
Tyson Fury stated BJS would win, i would hardly class him as DKSAB, you makes your choice be that through heart, hope or belief and see which way bout turns out. Wasn't it just 3 out of 46 sportswriters covering the first Clay vs Liston fight who predicted Clay would win. How many boxing experts predicted Douglas to beat Tyson, or Braddock to beat Baer or more recently Ruiz to dethrone Joshua, all were big betting underdogs? Using your viewpoint any opponent facing Canelo who loses, but states prior to fight that they will win DKSAB.
The ones screaming BJS was dominating and schooling Canelo really has no clue. Saunders had his moments in the fight but he was losing the fight. Canelo was landing thudding hard punches all night. Many of those to the body. Why do you think Saunders was dipping down when the uppercut landed. He was trying to protect his body from the repeated body work of Canelo.
agreed. Check out Gabe Rosado’s take. This is the way I saw it as well This content is protected Canelo went in there & did exactly what he said he was going to do. Get him out of there by the 8th, 9th or 10th round. all credit to him, his team, & the willing participant BIlly Joe.
i didnt say who in particular didnt know boxing. thank you for finding your own seat. youre the second one thats saved me the trouble.
You must know a ton about boxing and Canelo if you seriously thought you could accurately perdict the round and punch that would end the fight. Don't beat yourself up too much for getting a perdiction like that wrong. At least you picked the right guy. LOL
nah I have just watched a lot of it. Boxing addict & all I was close for sure, just glad I didn’t “put the house on it!”
lets just look at the obvious. of course predicting the punch or the round is impossible outside of the fighters themselves, and even then, they have to be good enough to make it happen. but its not difficult to understand who understands boxing and who dont, when one understands boxing. a smart man, a man with the ability to learn, will notice who seems to understand boxing, and who dont. by the results of what they write.
