Wilder wipes the floor with Fury. Fury is a completely manufactured fake, big but no real power or skill. WIlder is green with plenty of talent, and has good KO power.
It's really hard to tell how Wilder will turn out. His professional competition has been poor even by a novices standards. The first proper journey man he faced (Sconiers) put him down, which does not bode well at all. If he can gain a few lbs I think it would do him a world of good. Fury could do with a lot of refinement and dropping a few lbs. But he appears to have a good punch resistance (more important in the HWs than any other division) and the will to fight....if only he had the same will to train. Fury's resume is better than Wilder's right now...but I can't really predict the improvement these two may, or may not, show.
No. I hope for the best for Deontay, but his problem isn;t that he is raw, its that his chin is so weka that he has to go life and death with a guy like Scoiners. Fury for his part has a good beard. If Deontay has so much peotential, then why is he fighting zombies 16 fights into his career?

Good idea actually. Would be a easy tournament to sell. Haven't seen all of them fight, so I can't say who'd be the favorite to win. Even though Wilder hasn't really fought anybody in HW's, I like the guy, he looks like a class-act.

Chisora has more experience, im talking about years hes been boxing,, But Mitchell certainly has the raw talent to pull it off., HAVE TO SEE MORE OF cHISORA., SMALL HW RIGHT?. Wilder could probably pul it off, he has impressive looking quick snappy power, but its against tomot cans.. Fury has shown power too and although Wilder is almost as tall (6-7),,, Fury is a about 50 lbs heavier,, ..But for some reason Wilder strikes me as kind of chinney(maybe its the tall lanky frame), way better talent than Fury though, better natural skills even though he represented the US in the olympics he barely started boxing like a year before he made the team, that is why their taking it slow iwith him... I know Fury has alot of amatuer background and even his opponents are far from World class they are somehat decent fighters on the UK level which could make a difference in this fight especially in the later rounds.. Phsique wise Breland was like a Welter version of Wilder,, Really tall thin with power,natural skills...Except Breland as most know was a superstar amatuer (one of the greatest ever) and Solid world champ (although didnt live up to billing) .But he has been in the game almost his whole life,if it has rubbed off he will be better than Fury,, And could maybe take him right now, Price has the big amatuer experience and is 6-8.... Amir is 5-11 and with not much amatuer experience(boxed in prison) .,. WHy did you match these 2 up?? World class amatuer , World Class Whie english Hope?? Hard ot say Rodriguez has maybe the shiniest record of any heavyweight and is blowing out most of his opposition but he best name hes beaten was Robert Davi(ko 3) who was a top 20 hW like 10 years ago, Other than that hes been knocking out clubfighers not total cans,, More llike in between Cans and decent journeyman We will soon get an idea if Rodriguez is the real deal.. His next fight is against Owen Beck,, Far fom a contender or even gatekeeper,,BUt i do know he was considered a good prospect at one time and is now a solid journeyman, good enough to give top 20 guys Ray Austin and Monte Barret all they wanted.. As for Towers while has a impressive Klitchko physicque..... But tthat dont mean nothing,if it did Lousi Monaco and Tye fields would be threats to the Klit brothers,, THe guys is untested and his victims make Rodriguez"s look world class... One uindefeated guy you failed to mention was Joe Hanks i heard that hemight best US Prospect. i thinmk he beat Tor hamer (former touted prospect and solid fighter).. He also took a couple similar Mitchell Opponents ouit quicker. Also super tall kelvin price (liek 6-09) is suppose to be talented .. Roy Jones Sr trains him , hes started old and i think in his 30s.. But SR says he thinks he has a future champion ,, And that he picked up real fast, easily beating decent oppositon for a young Prospect..
Not true he blew right thru RObert Davis.. Who gave former champ and then top contender Michael Moorer all he wanted... Fight was even Moorer needed a late ko...SO imagine how powerful Rodriguez must be? Who cares if that was like back in the 90s
Great post exactly what i was looking for :good. I think Mitchell Chisora is the only real pick-em fight. After that i think Towers vs Rodriguez, and since you seem to know Rodriguez queit well ill take your expert advice on the subject.
I think the sky's the limit for Wilder but he's fought nothing but busy fights and still needs to grow into his 6'7 frame. According to boxrec he weighed in at something like 217 for his last fight. He's not ready for most of the names on that list. Give props for Fury-Chisora if it goes through and would like to see the winner take on Powers.
