The smaller guy is technically more skilled and quicker. Both hit hard. Both have a good jab.

 

About twenty pounds.

How is GGG to get the fights? Im not for or against GGG, but he does seem like the one wanting the fights and his opponents that dont seem as eager. What do you think GGG is to do?

 

When did you start watching boxing? Hopkins took that Oscar fight at a catchweight of 157lbs, he didn't didn't weight until one these titlist "put their big boy pants on and fight" as you claim. By the way Hopkins is significantly larger than Golovkin, which tells you how of risk he took in making that fight happen.

So the difference is that Kovalev has adequate opponents to fight in his weight class and GGG doesn't.
