But you have to consider the losses when evaluating a resume, you have to.

Roy's competition and in ring performances prime for prime easily exceed Mayweather's. He was dominating the likes of Toney and, to a lesser extent, Hopkins while Floyd was struggling with the likes of Castillo.

You can not deny Holyfield has the best Resume, he fought them all, look at how many world championship fights Evander has been in, look at how many former or current world champions he has faced, Nobodys resume comes close to that at all, set aside his recent losses, look at the level he has fought, The man was simply amazing it is going to be a long time until we get another Evander Holyfield.

I don't think Hopkins's resume is too much better than Tito's to be honest. Up until his recent win I'd have had Mayweather slightly ahead of him as well, and Toney is on Hopkins's level in terms of wins as well.

I think you overrate Barrera to be honest.

Hopkins's best wins are easily better than Tito's (I refuse to accept Tito beat Oscar, he just didn't!).

Barrera's resume is very strong IMO, I give him a lot of credit for two wins over Morales and the win over Hamed.

Who is your choice from the selection available then?

u just named 2 guys from 1194 and 1996....PBF has dominated all the way through his career and was in his prime his whole career....he beat Chico Corrales more dominant than RJJ has ever beaten anyone...CAstillo was better than any of RJJs opponents after 1996 (that is alot of fights)

he dominated everyone at 140....and he has (along with 5 titles 5 weight classes) two superfights...with ODH and hatton and won both of them...

What was roys signature fight after bhop...when he played hoops than beat eric lucas or when he beat a BRUTAL john ruiz

I already voted for De La Hoya.

Hopkins's top wins and performances are likely better than Tito's (though he rarely finished like Tito) but Tito's quantity of quality opponents is easily better.

Barrera has a strong resume, but not the best from the above list by a fair distance IMO. Holyfield may have been my choice if we were considering his work in the 80's as well.

Oscar has a strong resume, very deep in quantity of quality opponents, but I do believe he lost most of his biggest fights against his best opponents. Even allowing for the fact he didn't deserve to lose to Tito and in Mosley II, he still lost to Mayweather, Hopkins and Mosley the first time (the latter two convincingly). His best wins are Vargas, Quartey and probably Whitaker, and Whitaker was well past prime.
