    the 1936 summer olympics in berlin, germany, hitler refusing to shake jesse owens' hand, and the olympics being held in Nazi Germany generally. biggest disgrace, EVER, in sports history. hands down

    Billy Collins being savagly beaten with loads gloves by Luis Resto by the instruction of Panana Brown was the biggest disgrace in sports history, Collins career ended that night and he suffered brain damage on count of the beating. He only lived to his early 30's because his life went to hell because the man that stepped into the ring that night at the opening bell was not the man who left at the end of the fight

    Yes, this was a major digrace. One of the saddest stories in any sport.
    His parents refused to open the doors to Louis when he kept standing there for hours in front their small house with the intent to apologize....
