The biggest current 147 match ups not involving Floyd or Pac

Yeah Khan would just help fill a stadium against Matthew Hatton. He'd be a mere opponent for the great man if he wishes to afford Khan that opportunity.

 

Mosley Vs Berto/Bradley

 

Williams Berto would be my pick.

 

Williams would decimate Berto.

Berto Vs Bradley is fairly interesting, though I'd prefer Bradley Vs Alexander first.

Aydin has been more and more underwhelming as he's moved on/up.

Bongani Vs N'Dou will be interesting if Mwelase turns up in shape.

I'd like to see Mosley Vs Berto after the Mora fight. Shane is clearly not the same fighter he used to be, but Berto will not provide the stylistic challenge Floyd did: Mosley would beat him IMO.

 

Before the Williams Cintron fight I'd have agreed with this but Williams' timing looked dreadful against Cintron and he looked slow to go with it. I'd like to see if it really was just a bad night or whether Berto's slick style could give him problems. Would help to clear the picture at WW either way.

Would also prefer to see Bradley V Alexander before Bradley has any more fights at WW but not sure that's going to happen so would quite happily see him in there with Berto or maybe even Shane. Would be a tough test for Bradley and we'd see what Shane has left in the tank against an opponent with serious stamina.

Would quite like to see either Hopkins or Zaveck in there with Clottey as well to see if either could really establish themselves as a contender.

 

Id like to see Berto Mosley TBH , i think for me thats the #1 WW fight right at this present moment in time !!!

Pacquiao Berto (why not)
Berto Bradley
Pacquiao Williams
Williams Margarito 2
Mosley Bradley

Its really a case of promoters making deals and fighters wanting to flit between divisions and put it on the line , two things we dont see often unfortunatley

 

Prefer Bradley at 140.

 

Williams vs Berto...is the fight I would like to see most. Not too interested in Mosley anymore and Marg can **** right off... Bradley should stick to 140 and he knows it.

The rest are still waiting for a big break.

 

Apart from Pacquiao and Mayweather, Mosley is still the main man at Welterweight IMO.

Mosley vs Berto seems like the logical next fight. Obviously once Shanes fought Mora I feel he may stay at 154.

Bradley needs to finish business at 140. He looked good at the weekend against the plodding Abregu but I feel at this stage against the elite at 147 he will come up short.

Berto is in a strange place where he has no real meaningful fight on the horizon yet has proven himself to be above the best of the rest at 147. HBO need to stop overpaying him and keep him active simple as really, they really haven't done a good job of building up the next generation.
