    wat does the trent FM hold coz didnt amir khan only have bout 8,000 at the kotelnik fight. i was there and there was a fair bit of the MEN shut off. also mitchell sold near on 20,000 for his fight with katsidis

    I know Mitchell sold big for Katsidis but he has never before that nor will he ever again get anywhere near that number. The night of the champions did somthing like 5000 and mitchell was fighting then.

    For the Katsidis fight i think fans were interested more in the event than the fighter it was very good promotion from warren

    Trent holds about 8000 i think Froch does alright there and gets at least a nearly capacity crowd

    not just attendance though is it its tv numbers or ppv numbers

    so mitchell my have had one fight with a 20000 attendance but hes still no massive draw , they sold it well thats all

    I think smith p4p is biggest draw considering he has only fought in 2 British title fights he draws large amounts in Liverpool if he were to fight for European/World ims ure the numbers would be even greater.

    The Kotelnik fight was originally scheduled for the O2, plus it was delayed by 3 weeks. I'm guessing that had an affect on TV sales.

    If we include TV figures, then Audley is top 5.

    The rest are all ****, i don't know why you have put Paul Smith in the top-10. Thery may be good fighters, but guys like Ryan Rodes could not walk into Liverpool City Centre or Manchester or Newcastle and get people stopping still in the streets.

    Audley Harrison would be stopped in the streets.

    People may laugh at Audley Harrison being put ahead of Carl Froch, but the bottom line is. Audley Harrison is still a household name, give him the right oponent and he is a draw. Everybody knows this, educated pundits like Steve Bunce always state this aswell....

    And did'nt David Haye's camp over him 1m for there fight..? Money Talks.

    Khan is not a draw his past ppv numbers were abysmal and why itv got it for free. He never got close to selling out in his last fights.

    His last two fights where in liverpool against two Liverpool oponents.

    6-8000 people ringside, is no big deal.
