Okay, give McCall all the drug rehab in the world, let him get cleaned up real good, have him come in the ring at his very best. You know damn well that a focused, on the money Lewis would NEVER let that first fight happen again. I notice you don't bring up Rahman at all. Like I said, both fights were flukes and that was proven in the rematches.

Though the result wasnt a surprise ,the manner in which Benitez acheived it certainly was.

well i get what you mean but the sprott-harrison ko was not due to a timed shot but a punch that was meant to catch him. when audley came in mouth open, hands down then that is a fluke shot.

btu yet again fluke gets passed around very easily

chris eubank - michael watson II

sad ending but the right uppercut knocked mike down but it was the whack of the bottom rope that caused the damage

Watson's corner to this day must feel guilt for letting him out for that final round. Sure he was winning, but he was so damaged by that right at the end of the 11th, there was no way he was going to last more than 30 seconds, let alone three minutes.

I remember being surprised that Benitez stopped Hope. As I recall, Benitez wasn't an especially big puncher and Hope was known for his durability and survival skills.
