The Billy Joe Saunders vs David Lemieux prediction thread

Lemieux will probably knock Saunders out, unless Saunders has improved a lot since his last fight, not to mention his inactivity...............

 

Wow, and now we've got Lemieux as a favorite (55% at the moment)!
Unexpected.

 

Lemiuex by Decision it will be considered controversial on these forums Harold likely scores it wide wider for Lemieux because he comes forward. Intresting in the prop bets. as of me posting this Lemieux is the betting favourite.

 

Saunders hasn't looked great in his past 3. sure he scored 2 knockdowns vs lee but he lost 6 maybe 7 rounds. people argue he knew he was up and later made sure he didn't get knocked out but I dont buy that. Vs Akavov I don't know very many people who had Saunders winning some people say it was a draw.. I think Saunders lost that one I herd he was sick in his camp. vs Monroe it was a bad fight but he proabbly won it 115-113. 116-112 wouldnt be criminal.

 

Heart= Lemieux, Head= Saunders.

Saunders seems very confident, thinks he will drop Lemmy in the first 4 rounds.

 

I think the hand speed and movement will be too much for Lemmy. I can't see him planting himself to land a big punch. That's why I see decision for BJS

I think it will be Lemiux by decision... Call me crazy but thats my pick.. Its in Montreal and BJS will box and move in one of the most boring ways possible so it will go to the cards and Lemiux will take the decision.. Unless Lemiu catches him which is possible too.. I defintely dont see BJS getting a KO.. Soo

 

I don't like Saunders, but he gets a UD here easily because I suspect he's a stylistic nightmare for Lemieux. I'll be rooting for the Canadian, though.
