I thought he was a **** at first but grew to like him, Wayne knew his stuff too. On my second watch I thought that black widow thing about setting traps and executing opponents was a bit of a premonition too Did he also translate because it sounded like him?

 

Benny Ricardo was fine.

Wm on the other hand has just about the worst commentating voice in the world.

 

I laughed my **** off at McAuley whining about getting a "minor whiplash" injury because of Hamed pulling him on.

 

I was laughing my head off at this. Think its the first time Ive heaqrd a commentator give a nickname to a boxer in the middle of a fight and then continue to use it as if it was now his official nickname

 

the only good thing about benny is that he was able to translate the spanish in the corners between rounds

otherwise he was poor but as poor as he was, he was still miles better than adam smith in commentary

He got on my nerves abit. McCullough id ****in god awful. He pissed me off with his bull**** on how hard opponents have hit him and not stopped him.

 

Plus every time Wayne said "shots" it sounded like "shits" . And i'm Irish for Christ sake, if I cant understand him how the **** is anyone else supposed to

 

It annoyed me when McCullough kept talking like it was the first fight ever Floyd has stood there and threw.

As far as the commentator guy goes, he was so cheesy I think I liked it. It was like, what the hell is he talking about, where's he plucking these lines from...

Any chance they could give us a press red for HBO commentary? They're all a joke at the minute.
